超聲波清洗機(jī)部件損壞的檢查要注意什么?

1.保險損壞
1. Insurance damage
在超聲波清洗機(jī)開機(jī)后如發(fā)現(xiàn)無電源顯示,無動作,要看電源座內(nèi)保險是否損壞。
If there is no power display or action after the ultrasonic cleaning machine is turned on, first check if the fuse inside the power socket is damaged.
分析與判斷:有可能是用戶接地線與火線或零線混用,并沒有接地(本機(jī)地線是與機(jī)器外殼相連接),還有可能是機(jī)器短路,元器件老化出現(xiàn)短路現(xiàn)象,導(dǎo)致保險損壞。
Analysis and judgment: It is possible that the user's grounding wire is mixed with the live or neutral wire and not grounded (the grounding wire of the machine is connected to the machine casing), or there may be a short circuit in the machine due to aging of components, resulting in damage to the insurance.
檢測和:拿出保險絲看,有無斷裂,用萬用表通斷檔測量是否斷開,更換新器件。
Detection and solution: Take out the fuse and check if it is broken. Use a multimeter to turn on and off the gear to measure if it is broken. Replace with a new component.
2.換能器損壞
2. Damaged transducer
分析與判斷:可能因超聲波清洗機(jī)長時間處于開機(jī)使用狀態(tài),溫度會逐漸上升導(dǎo)致交替融化話能去脫落或話能去陶瓷部分?jǐn)嗔选?/p>
Analysis and judgment: It may be due to the ultrasonic cleaning machine being in the on state for a long time, and the temperature will gradually rise, resulting in alternating melting that can remove detachment or ceramic part fracture.
檢測和:用搖表測量話能去的絕緣強(qiáng)度,絕緣強(qiáng)度在200M以下,已無法使用,須換新的換能器。因換能器的內(nèi)部陶瓷也會由于長期使用出現(xiàn)斷裂,不能正常工作。
Detection and solution: Measure the insulation strength that can be removed using a shaking table. The insulation strength is below 200M and cannot be used anymore. A new transducer needs to be replaced. Due to long-term use, the internal ceramic of the transducer may also break and fail to function properly.
3.功率管損壞
3. Power tube damage
分析與判斷:主板上的功率管會因?yàn)槌暡ㄇ逑礄C(jī)長時間不間斷使用,或清洗液太少長時間使用,功率管出現(xiàn)短路情況。
Analysis and judgment: The power transistor on the motherboard may experience short circuits due to prolonged uninterrupted use of the ultrasonic cleaning machine or prolonged use of too little cleaning solution.
檢測和:檔功率管在主板上連接時,用萬用表測量功率管兩側(cè)管腳的阻值,正常情況下應(yīng)在22左右,拿下功率管后(與主板斷開連接),測量其各個管腳間應(yīng)是不通的。
Detection and solution: When connecting the power transistor to the motherboard, use a multimeter to measure the resistance value of the pins on both sides of the power transistor. Normally, it should be around 22. After removing the power transistor (disconnected from the motherboard), measure that there should be no connection between its pins.
4.穩(wěn)壓管損壞
4. Damaged voltage regulator
分析與判斷:穩(wěn)壓管的損壞一般是在功率管阻值小或短路后,開機(jī)造成的,本身極少損壞。
Analysis and judgment: The damage to the voltage regulator is generally caused by the power transistor's low resistance or short circuit when turned on, and the damage itself is extremely rare.
檢測和:根據(jù)二極管特性,正向?qū)?,反向截。用萬用表二極管檔測量,正向阻值70左右,反向∞。如數(shù)值偏差過大或正向阻值也是∞,更換新穩(wěn)壓管。
Detection and resolution: Based on the characteristics of the diode, conduct in the forward direction and cut off in the reverse direction. Using a multimeter diode range measurement, the forward resistance value is around 70 and the reverse resistance value is ∞. If the numerical deviation is too large or the positive resistance value is also ∞, replace the regulator with a new one.
5.橋的損壞(二極管整流電路)
5. Bridge damage (diode rectification circuit)
分析與判斷:同穩(wěn)壓管狀況
Analysis and judgment: Same as the condition of the voltage regulator
檢測和:同樣根據(jù)二極管特性(橋本身是由二極管組成),
Detection and resolution: Based on the characteristics of the diode (the bridge itself is composed of diodes),
6.控制板的損壞(可調(diào)超聲波清洗機(jī))
6. Damage to control board (adjustable ultrasonic cleaning machine)
分析與判斷:長時間連續(xù)工作,元器件老化有關(guān),或者有時會滲入清洗液有關(guān)。
Analysis and judgment: Long term continuous operation is related to component aging, or sometimes may be related to the infiltration of cleaning solution.
檢測和:在機(jī)器不工作狀態(tài)下,斷開控制板與主板的連接,把主板通電,如機(jī)器工作,則表示控制板損壞,需要更換。
Detection and resolution: When the machine is not working, disconnect the control board from the motherboard and power on the motherboard. If the machine is working, it indicates that the control board is damaged and needs to be replaced.
7.電感、隔離變壓器的損壞
7. Damage to inductors and isolation transformers
分析與判斷:由于超聲波清洗機(jī)長時間工作,電感、變壓器屬于散熱元件,其本身有可能會因溫度過高二融化、燒毀,造成短路。
Analysis and judgment: Due to the long-term operation of the ultrasonic cleaning machine, the inductor and transformer are cooling components, which may melt or burn out due to high temperature, causing a short circuit.
檢測和:電感、變壓器的損壞,大多數(shù)情況下直觀能看出燒壞的痕跡,更換新器件。
Detection and resolution: Damage to inductors and transformers, in most cases, visible signs of burning, should be replaced with new components.
