該清洗機是一臺適用于精密工業(yè)清洗領(lǐng)域的智能化高精密超聲波清洗設(shè)備。設(shè)備動作過程由PLC做智能化控制,多個由SUS316L不銹鋼材質(zhì)制作的超聲波清洗槽、切水槽,循環(huán)熱風烘干槽、上下料系統(tǒng)等組成的一條連續(xù)工作的由清洗到烘干的精密智能化清洗設(shè)備系統(tǒng)。操作員將工件籃放置在進料臺上,進入上料區(qū),上料輸送系統(tǒng)將清洗籃送往超聲波脫脂清洗槽。超聲波啟動清洗,在高頻超聲波強有力的空化效應(yīng)沖擊作用下,油污、指紋,等污垢完全脫落,將污物徹底清洗掉;然后歷經(jīng)后續(xù)多道持續(xù)清洗后由輸送裝置將清洗籃送烘干槽、對工件進行熱風干燥后送出料端做靜電后出料端。操作員在出料端將清洗框取出轉(zhuǎn)入下一道作業(yè)工序
